Our trained maintenance technicians are prepared to address even the most complex issues that can arise in a manufacturing environment. ATS' trained maintenance personnel complete both classroom and on-the-job training to master everything from computer hardware and software skills, to effective communication, Service/Quality and leadership skills.
And as a serious lack of skilled labor is anticipated to grow by 14 million by 2015, ATS is proactively taking steps to provide a steady stream of skilled maintenance technicians to our workforce of maintenance personnel. Several ATS initiatives include incumbent workforce training and the Multi-Skilled Technical Career Program that teaches technical skills to young, highly motivated students.
