ATS' Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is a process used to identify the root causes of problems or events. It is a tool designed to discover not only what and how a problem or event occurred, but also why it happened. Root cause analysis determines the underlying causes of an event so proper corrective measures can be implemented to prevent reoccurrence of the event. Root cause analysis is arguably the most powerful tool for proactive maintenance, and sharing the results of these analyses between our FMS sites leads to increases in overall efficiencies by not having to duplicate efforts.
