PEORIA, Ill. (March 25, 2003) – For the second consecutive year, IBM has awarded
Advanced Technology Services, Inc. (ATS) Premier Warranty Service Partner status based on excellence in customer satisfaction and service quality. This designation, which reflects ATS’ performance from January through December 2002, underlines ATS’ commitment to delivering service of the highest quality to achieve complete customer satisfaction. ATS is ranked in the top eight percent of IBM’s service partners.
