ATS actively works with the schools and communities in which we do business to help students explore career options for their future. By taking a proactive approach, ATS helps with educating the future workforce at an early age to drive interest and participation in technology-related learning opportunities. With ATS’ tools and classroom involvement strategy, students enjoy exploring careers in advanced manufacturing and maintenance.

The ATS Manufacturing and Maintenance Classroom Exercise is designed to help students learn about manufacturing and the importance of high-tech machine maintenance through a fun, hands-on activity. The activity incorporates math, teamwork and competition, while teaching some foundational theories of manufacturing.

How To Participate

Students and/or parents who are interested in exploring a high-tech career in manufacturing should check out the ATS Multi-Skilled Technical Career Program. The program includes mechanical and electrical training for the highly automated manufacturing and process industries. In less than one year, students in this program gain exposure to solid maintenance fundamentals, as well as leadership and professional skills that to get their career off to a fast start.
